Yep. The word of the day is "trust". Why?
1.That is because only with trust, people can believe you, without having to worry whether you will betray them.
2.With trust, you will gain the respect of people easily.
3.If you lose that trust, that people have for you, it is very hard to earn it back, just like people's respect for you.
4.If you have earned back that trust, people still might not believe you, and entrust difficult tasks to you to handle.
